Founders, you all know the struggle:

- “What’s my burn, can I make payroll next month?”

- “My co-founder said what in that last press release?”

- “Just one more investment check, just one more customer, just one more month”

We’ve all been there, but unfortunately for us not very many people in the world have been where we have been and experienced the professional world in the way that we have experienced it. Not to mention the importance of not saying something to the wrong person about what’s going on that makes you, your team, and your company look bad to the rest of the world and your investors. These pressures are something that most mental health professionals are not deeply experienced with and the solution to our problem is most definitely to stop working on our companies, we’re founders and it’s in out DNA to keep going to make our vision happen for as long as we can muster.

I know, because I’ve been there working on a number of companies I’ve founded for over the past 10 years. My driving founder thesis is “Solving the Problem of Solving Problems” which is to say how can I help enable others to create positive impacts in the world. And that is what my goal is based in, despite not being a licensed mental health professional, I want to help enable founders to continue their work by being a repository for them to share what is going on in their lives to someone whos been there and understands the need for confidential conversations.

Think of this less as a therapy session and more of a “conversational rage room” where if you need a safe space to ease your mind by talking about anything that is currently blocking your mind, I am here to help.
